Sklover’s Thought for the Week

“The secret of joy in work is contained in one word – excellence. To know how to do something well is to enjoy it.”

- Pearl Buck

Having pride in your accomplishments is a wonderful feeling. But having pride in being accomplished in a skill or ability or task, is even better. It is an inner confidence, deep inside you, that you will continue to have many more accomplishments in the future. And it’s a knowledge, too, that those inevitable future accomplishments will also be recognized by others, time and time again. Strive to be good at what you do at work – it will add to your happiness every waking moment of your life.
