Deep down, most people hate to admit: they can do better. Whatever may be holding you back from your potential “heights” at work, don’t let them. Whether it’s fear of failing, too many other things on your mind, a sense that it won’t be worth the extra effort, or anything else, if you don’t let it get in your way, it just can’t.
